I consider myself a storyteller, mainly desiring to tell visually interesting stories through illustration and film. I prefer to make work that allows the viewer to interpret what is happening in a more personal way. I am sure to answer all the questions I leave open because that is the only way I can justify what is onscreen. These answers are not always displayed on the screen however, they serve as subtext. By leaving room for interpretation the viewer is more engaged to fill in the meaning and significance behind what they are experiencing. rnrnJust in case that doesn't come across, I dress it up with pretty pictures so at least the viewer is seeing something worthwhile if only for two minutes.
