Vince, Dugg and Chloe are out messing around in the neighborhood on the night of Halloween before a Halloween party when they stumble upon Jack's shabby house in a dark corner of the neighborhood. Out of Vince's curiosity and mischief, they decide to pay Jack a visit not having even the least idea that it was a trap for misbehaving children.
